PERSONAL DATA
We will process any Personal Data you provide to us for the following purposes: (i) to provide you with the services you have requested; (ii) to contact you if required, in connection with your request, or to respond to any communications you might send to us; (iii) to send you newsletter, event alerts, information about product releases, service notifications and to communicate with you about relevant industry information and activities. This is only pertinent if you voluntarily sign up for this service.
For the purposes of providing treatment, Libby Ball at NeuroMassage Therapies may require detailed medical information. She will only collect what is relevant and necessary for your treatment. When you visit our practice, we will make notes that may include details concerning your medication, treatment and other issues affecting your health. This data is always held securely, is not shared with anyone not involved in your treatment. To be able to process your personal data it is a condition of any treatment that you give your explicit consent to allow the Practitioner, Libby Ball to document and process your personal medical data
Contact details provided by you such as telephone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses may be used to remind you of future appointments and provide reports or other information concerning your treatment.
NON-PERSONAL DATA
We use the non-personal data gathered from visitors to our website in an aggregate form to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from and to help us better design and organise this website.

Your personal data is held by NeuroMassage Therapies in accordance with industry best practices. We do not store your credit card information, number, expiry date or CVV security code on our servers. To ensure optimal security, we use a third party, Stripe.com for all credit card billing. Stripe uses a PCI-DSS compliant SSL platform, secured by encryption and authentication. We take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your personal data.
7. UPDATING, VERIFYING AND DELETING PERSONAL DATA
You also have a right to have your personal data corrected, if inaccurate, or, in certain circumstances, erased. Please forward any such requests in writing by email to libby@neuromassagetherapies.com

NeuroMassage Therapies Grievance Policy
If you have a complaint about either a NeuroMassage Therapies treatment or training course, I hope in the first instance you will contact me immediately so we can discuss your concerns and allow me to find a solution.
If you feel we have not resolved the issue or you feel that you are not able to approach me, then please contact the ISRM on 0208 4505851. ISRM is my professional body who will investigate the complaint further.
